Shipping Information

    When will my order be shipped?

    Production and shipping in Germany take 2-3 weeks after receipt of your order and successful payment verification. When paying with Klarna (instant transfer), there may be additional processing time due to the allocation of payments by Klarna.

    Shipping details (delivery time and costs):

    Germany 3 - 4 weeks - free of charge
    EU countries 3 - 4 weeks - free of charge
    Worldwide 4 - 5 weeks - €350

    When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may apply as part of your order, which are not collected or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please inquire about the details with the respective authorities.
