    When will my order be shipped?

    Production and shipping for limited edition acrylic glass prints in Germany takes 2-3 weeks after receipt of your order and successful payment verification.

    For Basic Line canvas prints, production and shipping usually take 8 - 12 working days after receipt of your order and successful payment verification. For payments with Klarna (instant transfer), there may be an additional processing time due to the allocation of payments by Klarna.

    EU countries 3 - 4 weeks - free of charge
    Worldwide 4 - 5 weeks - €350

    Basic Line canvas prints

    Germany and EU within 8 - 12 working days - free of charge

    Worldwide 8 - 12 working days

    When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may apply as part of your order, which are not collected or invoiced by us, but must be paid directly by you to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please inquire about the details with the respective authorities.
