Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation of this contract, we will immediately refund all payments, including shipping costs. The refund will be made at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received your cancellation notice.
Additional delivery costs:
Choosing a faster delivery method: If you choose a paid express delivery method even though we offer a cheaper standard delivery method, we will only refund you the cost of the standard delivery method.
Free shipping: With free shipping, fictitious shipping costs for returns cannot be refunded.
Return costs:
No obvious defects: You will be responsible for the costs of returning goods without obvious production or delivery defects.
Refund:
Method of payment: The refund will generally be made using the same method of payment that you used when placing the order. Different arrangements are possible.
No fees: There are no fees for the refund itself.
Timing: We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.
Return of goods:
Deadline: You must return or hand over the goods to us within 14 days of revoking the contract.
Compliance with the deadline: It is sufficient if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
Loss of value: You only have to pay for a loss of value of the goods if this was caused by improper handling to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts for:
Non-prefabricated goods: goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual selection or determination by the consumer.
Tailored goods: goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This applies to the Limited Edition category.
Complaints due to defects in Limited Edition products
If your order has damages or defects, the product will be replaced 1:1 after clarification and submission of photo evidence.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who have their residence, habitual abode, or delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract and delivery outside a Member State of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) and do not belong to any of these Member States.

Information on returning goods
- The following modalities mentioned in this section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
- Please do not send the goods to us freight forwarded.
- Please send the goods back as a prepaid package to the return address provided and please keep the delivery receipt.
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods.
